And the weather! You forgot the weather! We’ve traveled there many times. My in-laws settled there when they retired, so that brought us there often, but we still haven’t seen everything worth seeing there. It’s also a relatively cheap destination, which was why we chose it this summer, since we were traveling in a group of 5 this time.

Spain holds it all for me. I love the diverse cultural influences — they are many, and set Spain apart from other European countries — plus you have the society that embraces close social ties, familial and with your community. Then throw in the artistic heritage, and Spain is glorious! I love all those villages and cities along the southeast coast. My favorite place!
