So would I! My husband has been there twice but I don't enjoy the kind of hiking trips he likes. I'd love to see the cities, historical sites, etc., But not go walking in the mountains for weeks at a time!

Fabulous article about Nepal! I can't imagine driving in Kathmandu! But I think you're right. It's best not to watch the road too closely, and just leave the driving to those who know how to comfortably navigate its roads.

I haven't been to Nepal either (This was my husband's post.), but I've seen similar in Egypt. Really quite scary: pretending there was an extra lane between the lanes on a highway, going the wrong way down a one-way street, etc.

Thanks for sharing!
I so understand! I haven't been to Nepal, but I've been to India!

I arrived at 02:00 in the morning and it was still so busy. I almost had a heart-attack once daytime broke and I saw the busy street in Delhi! I remember trying to cross the road and I couldn't, so a random stranger had to help me!

I live in Berlin, and when I returned, it was so quiet that I worried that there was some sort of demonstration in the city!
