Loved this post about the street art of Berlin. I’ve added several of your pictures to my Pinterest Board with street art. We toured the Wynwood area of Miami with a street artist, and like you, learned so much more than we could have visiting on our own. One thing our tour guide told us was that although the street art isn’t lasting, it’s presence on the Internet is.

Street art and murals can be really fun/great to experience. It’s a great idea to take a tour to to see the highlights. We were in New York in August and came across a giant green baby wall mural that was 3 stories tall. It looked like a hulk baby, didn’t understand it, but it was pretty interesting to stumble upon it.

What an interesting tour to see street art that you may not have seen. I love seeing different street art wherever I go. Melbourne has some famous lanes covered in ever changing street art that I visit each time I’m there.it’s a great tour to keep in mind.

Thx for the virtual tour off Berlin’s street art, Rachel. I am a bit of a pollyanna, so find some of the content to bit a bit emotionally dark for me. But I know life isn’t all sun and roses, so I feel their emotion.

The alternative Berlin tour looks like a great way to see alternative sites with a Tip Only fee structure. The alley near Schwarzenberg Haus looks very interesting.
