I was curious to read your post when I saw the title that animal lovers might not like the Estate. I’m not an animals rights advocate and I like animals, and seeing the mounted animal heads probably wouldn’t thrill me. I can just imagine what the faces of the vegetarians would be like. Guess I’m in agreement with you in that I do eat meat so I can’t be too critical.

Oh, spell checker problems. That could be a whole series of articles. Sometimes I am tempted to just turn it off because of the inane suggestions it makes. This place definitely does not look tempting or even comfortable for vegetarians. Surprised they went.

I love animals, but do eat meat. But I am a well-done, no hint of pink, meat eater which would probably offend the chef from the photo you included. And I could do without the heads on the wall – but what an amazing place you got to visit!!!
