I think with all these things trying to pack in too much doesn’t work, but at least you got a peek into where you’d like to revisit. I like your idea of one or two nights per island and Hydra sounds amazing, although not even bicyles? Wow.

I actually have done a similar trip, but not to Aegina. It was a one day trip from Athens as well, but without the 3rd island, it didn’t feel too rushed. Of course I also would have liked to spend more time on Hydra and Poros, but it wasn’t in the cards for me at the time. In Poros we rented a motorbike and toured around the island a bit. Both islands are charming, but it’s sad to hear what the economic situation is doing to Poros. We didn’t have any entertainment on our ship either, so that would have been a fun bonus. Glad to hear that justice was served to the karaoke invader! 🙂
